How to Register Your Team
- Complete all team and captain details in the registration form below.
- Pre-Payment Requirement: Full team fee for 5-Man is $700 for Portland and $650 in Vancouver. A $150 deposit is required upfront to lock in schedule placement.
- Venmo Payments: Send dues to @portlandfootball (Portland) or @Vancouver-PNWFlagFootball (Vancouver) on Venmo after submitting this form.
- Player Roster Release: All rostered players must complete the individual Player Release Form to be eligible for game stats and playoff play.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we just pay at the first game?
No. The league requires a minimum $150 prepay deposit before game schedules are generated to guarantee field allocations.
Do we need matching jerseys?
Yes. Teams must have matching-colored jerseys with numbers. The league orders custom jerseys at cost if needed (approx. 5 business day lead time).
Where do I find game times and field assignments?
Schedule dates and locations are published under the Schedule links on the navigation menu. Check the schedule page on game day for last-minute turf updates.
How do playoffs work?
Every team qualifies for playoffs. Teams are seeded into playoff brackets following regular season play.
